Yes I did it---I did so! 21 days today---Yeah. :D That said I do have to tell you that I don't think that I have lost any weight. I haven't stepped on the scale yet because I don't want to trigger any psychological reasons to stop the program even if the weight hasn't changed. My pants are still too tight following my Christmas 'binge'. I think they are a wee bit looser but still uncomfortable. My S days are getting better but they still need a bit more control. I think it is time to decrease my servings a bit and step up the exercise.

You will lose weight here.. It's terrific that you are smart enough to know what it takes to stick with it, and what will keep you on track and positive!
