Hi everyone,
It's been a LONG time since I've posted on this board so I thought it would be a good idea to reintroduce myself. My name is Gina. I'm a 40-yr-old wife and mother with a sedentary job, but I LOVE Zumba so I get most of my exercise there. I have a history of binge eating, so I have to stay away from traditional 'diets', as they are a huge trigger for me. I've been doing NO S off and on for the past year or so. I may stray away, but I always come back to this way of eating. I believe that is is the ONLY way that makes sense. How else do people lose weight or stay naturally slim eating such a wide range of foods? Right now, I'm down about 20 pounds & looking to lose 10 to 15 more. Looking forward to reconnecting with everyone.

It's nice to meet you...sort of, Internet style lol. I've found regular forms of dieting to be pretty triggering for binging as well...something about being encouraged to snack every two hours does not work for me
