Trying again today

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

Trying again today

Post by dockanz » Mon Aug 08, 2011 10:21 am

I took Friday off last week. I twinged something in my shoulder (I think). It just felt a little off on Friday, so I didn't do SG. I had started about a week ago and on Thursday, I went pretty intense and unfortunately, I did not hear my timer go off, so I am not sure how long I actually did it. I do know that the following day that my shoulder was bugging me quite a lot. I will try again today, but with less intensity as I work back into it.

How much weight are you using? It could be too heavy as well.

Good luck!
