How do you pronounce "No S Diet?"
What about "No Ess" (as in essen)?

That certainly works! -- and will keep you safe in 2 Sprachen. It's also what I say probably 80% of the time (if you say it really fast, it kind of blends into "noes," which is the other 20%).
