Three Free Calendars

Hi Guys!

Just starting over after getting sidetracked onto low carb. I like the three calendars idea! Also at this time of year you start getting free calendars from everyone so that could be a good thing now!

Bye the way, I did lose weight on low carb but gained it all back and more. It's just not sustainable. I think that No S is sustainable as many of you have demonstrated.

welcome back! my mantra has become 'maintenance is progress', which doesn't really even make any sense for me (because I have actual progress)! But I do need it on those weeks (and weeks) when I seem to be standing still or shilly-shallying around yet not obviously off-plan.
Looking for intelligent daily defaults of all kinds.
