Personally I don't buy his carb-restriction diet but the walking thing is spot on.
I used to cycle and run to high heart rate exhaustion (like most people do) and this is so refreshing. I've started doing this and already I am losing inches, together with a 'loose' No-S diet.
I am looking forward to doing some cycling and running in the Summer, but only at the low heart rates that he recommends in his other posts and books.
Slow is the new fast (together with extreme moderation)!
