isometrics?

I tried a few isometric exercises this afternoon(Atlas's Dynamic Tension). They felt great. Has anyone here tried them?

I have. I actually finished the twelve week course. I didn't win the trophy.

There is a lot of isometric information on the web. I also own 4 different Bullworkers. I think, the best one, is the Iso 7x model which was advertised on TV about a year ago. I think you can get them at http://iso7x.com/Default.asp?bhcp=1. I add it to my jogging a couple of times a week. When I am really lazy I just do the isometric workouts with the Iso 7x.

Good luck with your workouts.
