Down 10 more pounds

(New!) Read (or post) about people who have stuck with No-S for 10 or more months, lost 10 or more pounds, or 10 or more percent for their starting weight. Periodic updates strongly encouraged -- you can think of it as "Yearly Check In."

I've lost another 10 pounds since November, in addition to the 30 I had lost by then. :D

Congratulations! Not exactly the easiest time of year to lose weight, either!

Thanks!

I'd like to lose about 30 more pounds, but we'll see where No S with mods I can maintain will take me. Even if I don't lose any more weight, 30 pounds overweight is better than 70.

Why not ask this on a thread in the general discussion?

But I'll answer here. It's up to you what meal times work into your schedule. Plenty of meal distributions will "work." No S is not about finding the meal times that make a person lose the most weight, but the meal times that allow a person to feel that food is taken care of and he can live the rest of his life as it was intended.
