Exercise tracking systems?

Post by Too solid flesh » Sun Aug 04, 2013 10:47 am

Please can anyone recommend an exercise tracking system? I am looking for something which will easily track a lot of metrics. I have many exercises to do for physiotherapy, some of which have to be carried out twice daily, or daily, and others through which I can rotate over several days. I would like to be able to track each exercise, so that I can be sure that I am carrying them all out with regular and appropriate frequency.

Any recommendations of appropriate systems would be gratefully received. Many thanks.

(I am already using the wonderful HabitCal to track various things, but am looking for a system which will easily track, say, 20 metrics.)
Be kind, for everybody you meet is fighting a hard battle.

Hello toosolid, I know this is an old post, but I'm wondering if you managed to find such a system ? I too have numerous physio exercises to do daily, and keep losing track.
