Interesting excerpt from original Heavyhands book 1982

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

Interesting excerpt from original Heavyhands book 1982

Hi Everyone,

This is my first time posting, though I've been familiar with the No S Diet and Shovelglove systems for awhile.

Recently, I was looking through my copy of the original Heavyhands: The Ultimate Exercise book from 1982 and found a mention of shoveling movements. I scanned in a couple of excerpts here:

Thought you might find this interesting.
