Hello i,ve just joined this site and wanted to say hello,i,ve read the book and like the simple no nonsense structure to this plan.This site is great for support and information.I am a 51 year old male who weighs 18 stone 5 lbs,and i would like to lose 2 or 3 stone which i think is realistic,wish me luck.
