I signed up since I'm already on the Nos and the shovelglove sites.I was just wondering how this things are used a part of a whole system by others.Do people other than Reinhold actually following the eating plan, swing a sledge, and walk? I personally think, of the three the urban ranger thing might seem somewhat contrived and maybe on the boring side,BUT it might actually have the greatest impact on health. The confirmed walkers I know just make it a point to do it everyday and ,heck, they seem to be the healthiest and slimmest people I know. Any thoughts? Ray |
