I think I'm beginning to get the general idea for an "Everday System".
Here are a few thoughts I've been having:

Ten O'Clock Rock-a-bye Baby
===========================
Problem: Not getting enough sleep / Getting to bed late
Solution: Lights out at 10pm. Basically Cinderella's Electric Curfew
but not fixed to midnight. (I was already working on this one as a
habit before reading about CEC - great minds think alike!). The beauty
is: you can change the time as needed. Thank you Bill Haley....

Five Minute Musashi
===================
Problem: Not practicing Self-Defence/Martial Arts during the week.
Solution: Not my idea at all this one - just the name. Original idea
came from Dave Walmsley at Canadian Combato. Dave calls it the 5x5x5.
The idea is to practice one technique for 5 minutes every weekday. Do
a different technique every day. So you practice 5 techniques over 5
days for 5 mins a day. Great idea! It just needed an Everyday name.
Other names I thought of were "Five Minute Killer", "Five Minute
Tough
guy", "Five Minute Maniac" and "Five Minute Grandmaster".

Three Steps to Heaven
=====================
Problem: Taking your loved one for granted.
Solution: Once a Day - do 'something special' for them. Twice a Day -
make room for a Kiss & Cuddle. Three times a day - verbally say "I
Love you". I'm still working on this one. Suggestions welcome. Other
possible names/hooks were "3-2-1-Love God!", "Daily Don Juan"
and
"Casanova Complex"

I think that's quite enough for now.
