After posting my last mail I had a think about it, and I think
reducing the name to just "10 O'Clock Rock" is a bit catchier.

Five Minute Musashi is a bit obscure if you've never heard of Miyamoto
Musashi (It fits into the martial theme pretty well but that's about
it). How about Five Minute Grandmaster? Or just Five Minute Master?
The latter name could be applicable for any discipline, I suppose.

Still the idea of 5 minutes over 5 days (non S days!) over 5 movements
or 5 thnigs you need to learn (language vocabulary etc) is a nice one.
