Todo scalar is probably not going to make it. It's yet another attempt at effective todo listing. I don't know why this problem is so hard. Scalar is a computer term for "singular," so the idea is, instead of a list, try to reduce it to one todo at a time. That way the important stuff won't get lost in the chafe. While it does address one important problem with todo listing, that most of the items on your list are primarily procrastinations to keep you from doing the important few, it's obviously too limiting. But every once in a while I like to test the obvious, just in case. At work I have a great system, a wall full of color coded postits, easy to change and organize and move around and swap out and view big picture, but it doesn't travel well. You can think of Fruit shrine as a subsystem of "intelligent culinary defaults." I describe it a bit here: http://nosdiet.com/group/113 You can see a picture of it here: http://www.nosdiet.com/beforeafter.html This has worked well for me for a long time. It's just not all that exciting so I haven't given it a proper write up yet.
