.....Hey Ray :) Great insiration!!! (literally with all that
huffing and puffing :)
Stair climbing is wonderful aerobic exercise and there's no "I don't
feel like going out today" excuses there!
Good one :)
A walkman might be helpful too. I know that this might sound
boring, but the sweat and heaving chest keep your mind of the boring
aspect. Also You don't have to keep a sledge hammer aroung the
house. I might as well have a loaded machine

I think I will join you on this project, as I have had the same
thought pass through my mind recently, but didn't take action on it.
