Hi Ray! I just wanted to thank you for your recommendation a few months back about doing "indoor mountain climbing"... The weather here is still yuckky and wet, but I am ready for some movement since Spring has sprung in my body at least... I used your system just now and I will do it every day on N Days... It didn't take long and my heart will thank me for it.. I did 10 flights of stairs with 12 stairs in a flight.... I don't plan on increasing this until it is soooo easy that my heart stays in my chest, unlike it did by the time I was done today...Then we shall see....I could see myself doing more, but as Reinhard has pretty much indoctrinated me into the "Ben Franklin" rules of progress, I would rather just make sure I stick to this every day... When I was in school I got to the point of being able to "fly" up those five flights of stairs (those were, I think 20 steps each?) I am so fat now that I don't want to have a coronary, so I am just going at a moderate pace and making sure I stay in motion the whole time!
