"Climb every mountain...." - from the Sound of Music.. Hey guys.. this probably should go on urban ranger in a subset group of indoor exercise warriors...Hmmm? Reinhard, maybe when you make your new post system you could somehow link the 4 groups so that people could be "alerted" to new member developments, and ideas, so as to integrate the systems... Maybe a "Idea for the day/Brainstorm/alert/section" which people may optionally check, that's linked to all four groups :) Just an idea, though, *I'm* not the computer genius behind the actual production, so I don't really know how tricky that would be to do.... :) I did the 10 flights again today...Just finished up.. my heart rate was 25 beats for a ten second measuring interval... Whoopdeedoo, if this doesn't help my ol'ticker, I don't know what will :) Thanks again for the inspiration behind a great everyday system. You reminded me of something I know works, but had "forgotten" about. I believe that if people are committed to getting and staying fit, they will use whatever opportunity comes their way.... No Gym, no problem.... One of the most effective and popular workouts, Pilates, I think, was developed while the guy was actually in prison! Not at Jack La Lane, oops I mean Ballys... Peace, Deb |
