thank you to all who took the time to respond I greatly apprieicate the time and thought that it took. I am going to redouble my efforts to think about food as a friend not some evil enemy and enjoy things and relax a bit. WELL at least that is my plan.

Ok, what is the "menthol drops" thing all about? Jazzys Mom I read somewhere that mentol/eculuptus cough drops can curb cravening. If I can find the site I will post it here. Biggest surprise of the week
Well I started the No S diet last Sunday, and I was very fearful that i wasnt going to be able to do it, it was the no snack rule that was going to get me. But alas, ironically I had NO problem with this, because the rule is clear cut you get NOTHING, and I didnt find myself looking in the cabinets ...

Today is my first S day and I plan to stick to the plan of no S's but have a sweet/dessert tomorrow technically my second S day.

I am 48 years old, and as everyone mentioned we did not snack as children, we ate 3 meals a day and that was all. work day hours
I work 12 hour days three days a week and yesterday was my first No S diet day at work.. I have to be to work by 6 am so I eat breakfast early, then lunch always comes early and then I am starving for dinner but can't really eat until 7pm. I go out socially most weekends, now I am not a huge drinker but I do drink are you allowed alchol on this plan? One of the reasons I was joining WW is that for 2 points you can have vodka... LOL
