I typically eat breakfast around 7:30 and then we don't usually have dinner until about 6:30, so I'm usually famished by the time dinner rolls around if I don't have an afternoon snack. Maybe I'll try to go lighter on the breakfast and heavier on the lunch so it will hold me over until 6:30.

I haven't started the No S Diet yet and am awaiting the book to arrive from Amazon on Tuesday. Question -- I have to eat lunch early (around 11:30, which is the time I get for lunch at work.) I'm usually not that hungry at lunch, but am ravenous at 2:30pm when I usually have a snack. Is it okay to s...

The silliest diet I ever tried was the Shangri-La Diet. I did a lot of research on it, bought the book, and even found a small bathroom in our office where I could sneak off and indiscretly down my tablespoon of oil a few times a day. I latest about 5 days. I just couldn't do it.

I can't remember how I found this site, but after reading about the diet I ordered my book through Amazon and am supposed to get it Tuesday. YAY. Looking forward to starting this non-diet diet, but I have spent so much of my life counting calories and WW points in my head that I can't imagine NOT do...
