Speaking of green, this came in my email today: Food for All Seasons By LAUREL KALLENBACH Spring marks the opening of farmer’s markets and an abundance of locally grown produce. I have a hard time believing whole milk is a problem in terms of weight management --Reinhard I don't think the issue is whole milk and weight management; it's that milk isn't a healthy food and whole milk is less healthy because of the hormones that attach to the fat. Well, an "N" day is a normal day when you don't snack, eat sweets or have seconds. On "S" days (Saturday, Sunday and "special" days) you can indulge in snacks and/or sweets and/or seconds as you choose.

Can't help you with the sledge hammer question.

There are a lot of foods, chocolate being one of them, that can be sweet or savory or a flavoring, or something to be consumed daily or that can be part of a sweet treat/dessert. Fruit, for instance. They can play dual roles.

The reason behind this is that we really don't have much control over how much we lose, but we have control over what we do. Why obsess over something you can't control?
