Having to use s days.
Hey guys,
I got the yearly flu but its killing me to have to use s days for this. I know that exercising while your sick can do more harm than good but, after 5 weeks at walking and shovel glove, my routine is all messed up now. I kind of feel let down. is this normal?
thanks in advance.

3 weeks in and rolling along
Hi all, I'm 3 weeks and and things are going great! i put on a golf shirt that I bought earlier this summer and it fit! :D needless to say, it did not when I bought it, not even close. Who would have thought that sensible eating would be so..so.. sensible? Thanks for the support everyone. Monch66

Meal times or rather duration
Hi all my wife and I have just started (4 days in) the no s diet.
Just a quick question on meals or rather duration. we don't eat very fast. is there a time limit on a meal or, like i suspect, its basically 1 plate till you are done?
Kind of a newbie question i know.
Thanks Everyone
