1 - FAIL. Yes, you read that right. I failed the very first day! Went to a wedding and there was an open bar!! Oh, well. Mark it and move on.

Mon, 9/10 -mod banana, coffee w/ cream/splenda a.m. Success
Tues, 9/11 - p.m. Walk 2M-FAIL-mid a.m. small pastry w/coffee

Thurs, 9/13 - Success
Fri, 9/14 - Success spent most of my morning on my feet taking measurements in a large dimly lit machine shop for a project-few pushups later.
Sat 9/15 and Sun 9/16 - S DAYS-Walked for 1 hour+ and pushups on Sat.
Mon, 9/17 - Success-Another morning taking measurements at same location.
Tues, 9/18 - today has been a struggle from not eating properly at breakfast, had a bagel with cream cheese, banana and coffee. Was up early to prepare for a presentation with clients, spaghetti with meatballs and salad for dinner, one Blue Moon before dinner. Success

03 - Planned NWS - Labor Day special outing with friends
04 - Too generous helpings with supper, 2d piece of garlic bread, total pig-out. So much for my green streak.
05 - Kinda pink rather than full-blown red. Small snack after hiking, but recovered & didn't give in to WTH. Actually saved half of supper for another day!
10 - Planned NWS - son's birthday.
