Nibbling
I don't snack, I nibble. I know its fundamentally the same but no quite. I take one grape, a crust of bread, a little scoop of peanut butter, It can add up and lead to other things but sometimes it doesn't - often in fact, but it makes me uncomfortable and feel I am not in control.
Any suggestions?

Jenji, thank you. That's a good idea. I think, seeing as I just begun, that I still have that craving for calories - constantly - but I believe this is a great system and sipping is good as long as I don't overboard on calories there. IT IS SO GOOD TO SEE THESE REPLIES AND ALSO LOVED YOUR WEIGHT LOSS. cONGRATULATIONS.

Try not to take your cravings personally, if you were. Most bodies like food coming down the pike often. Witness countries where there is no thin ideal. They nibble as often as they can and are getting fatter just like the rest of us. The difference is that most of them don't feel cruddy about themselves for it. Doesn't mean some of them don't pay a high price in their health, but they aren't always checking the mirror for how big their butt is. Well, maybe they do but their evaluation is probably pretty different. "Dang, look how small my butt looks today! I don't understand. I've been nibbling all day!"
