What do you drink when you;re at restaurants?
Today I had a J20 cos it was an S day so I thought it would be ok.
If it was an N-day I dunno what I could have had other than water though, is water the only option?
I stay away from alcohol as it causes me problems
I do usually drink water when I'm at home but sometimes I do like to have something different

If it's a S day, I drink sugary drinks, just like you. If it is a No S day, water or diet sodas (Coke zero, etc ...)

Soda water with a slice of lemon/lime. I'm not a big drinker so will sometimes have a lager, but I generally stop after one. If only I could do the same with chocolate...

Usually unsweet tea. If not unsweet tea, a diet drink (diet Coke, etc.).
Strategic action, release perfection.
