Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

If any of you have a Harbor Freight store in your neighborhood, they have a really nice 14 pound hammer (yes, 14 pounds - it's probably actually some number of Kgs as it's cast in India) with a nice American Hickory handle for $19.95...
It's going to be my Father's Day gift.

14 words in the nosdiet, 14 minutes of schedualistically insignificant time, and now a 14 pound sledge. Beautiful!
