Thanks Blue. I confess that I am prone to dieting, but every time that I screw up, I just go back on the No S diet.
So, yesterday was Day 5 on Habit and it was an exempt day b/c I had a planned party. So, the day's habit was all on, but I did have dessert.
I consider this a Success since it was planned and I didn't go insane with my portions.
Also, did some weight training yesterday and ran on the treadmill.
Happy Saturday.

Hi Blue.
Yes, I feel really good. I'm shooting for 365 days......(always aim high!)
I see that you have had success too. Tonight will be a challenge because I have to go to an "event". And they will be serving dessert! But, since I know that its an N day I am already mentally preparing.

Oh My Gosh - I just re-read my entire thread and realized that I No-Sed for about 10 months without a failure.
I really re-motivated myself. (And, I actually found myself pretty amusing?!)
I can do this!
It's not unrealistic to aim for 365 days after all!
I forgot that I fit into my 501's.
So, even though I am up in weight, I'm still gonna continue this journey so that I can be a N0 S Success forever.

Day 28 Success (duh, an S day) and exercise...
Resting...as you can see, I am only on day 28. Yes, I have been NOSing for three years, but really I did it faithfully for only about a year. The rest of the time I spent wasting energy on low carb diets. So, now I am back because my eating habits got all screwed up. Like most everyone here, I am frustrated that my jeans are still tight after 28 days, but I also know, because I have been through this process before, that I need to have PATIENCE because things will change if I just stick to the habits.
Yesterday's S day was okay and I was only (sort of) an idiot. Today I feel better. I don't think I'm gonna eat as much.
Anyway, thanks for noticing. Cvmom.

365 days
Ooh, I really like the idea of shooting for 365 days! I might start counting at the beginning of August, to keep things easy. (Friday was my first failure.) Keep going! It's inspiring
Also, do you like T Tapp? Have heard others mention it...
