Back to No S again after doing a red-free 21 days of No S back in the spring. Got impatient about losing weight quickly and went back to dieting - low carb, calorie counting, Weight Watchers.
Well, all that got me was an extra 7 pounds due to the restriction/binge cycle I created for myself. Nice.....
The things I need to work on this time around are not being such a scale addict and leaving my perfectionism at the door. These are very hard things for me to do but I think they are going to be key to my individual success.
But I'm really happy to be back and feel normal again.
Another sheep returning to the flock.....

I went low-cal some years ago, and am now fatter than I ever was before the diet. So I feel your pain.
I'm just starting and hoping this will work for me too. To paraphrase FlyLady: you didn't gain all this weight overnight; you're not going to lose it overnight either.

Eventually, you are going to have to eat relatively low cal, but it will come as an outgrowth of the gaps between meals and adjustments along the way, if you are being true to yourself about what you really need to satisfy yourself. Hope it works out this time!
