That was great!
It reminds me of a friend who was in therapy for years to find out why he had some destructive behavior -- while the behavior continued. I finally asked him why he didn't just work on changing the behavior and worry about the "why?" later.

Had to break my silence to say.. Thanks for posting this!!
I'm thinking of the book: Chapter one "Overeating" page one "Stop it" Chapter Two "Night Eating"...page one "Stop it" Chapter Three.."Grazing"..page one "Stop it".
think of all the trees we would save... $$ on diets and junk foods... Two simple words.. why do we make something so easy so hard??

If Bob Newhart used this technique on his first psychiatrist series, we may never have gotten to know his quirky patients. Love him. He has the ability to make straight lines funny.
