just reaching 10 months now

(New!) Read (or post) about people who have stuck with No-S for 10 or more months, lost 10 or more pounds, or 10 or more percent for their starting weight. Periodic updates strongly encouraged -- you can think of it as "Yearly Check In."

just reaching 10 months now

Post by funfuture » Mon Sep 15, 2008 3:34 pm

and I've lost about 18 lbs all up...we're just coming out of winter and I haven't lost much over the last few months. Have found it difficult to stay on track over the last month in particular. But am looking forward to the warmer months and keeping on No S till I reach my goal weight (about 30lbs to go!)

Just thought I'd post to join Deb in breaking the silence!

funfuture,

Congratulations and THANK YOU for getting the ball rolling here!

And picture perfect, as far as the guidelines go (prospective posters: please don't let these scare you off -- free form is just fine).

Best,

Reinhard
