Goodbye, 10%!

(New!) Read (or post) about people who have stuck with No-S for 10 or more months, lost 10 or more pounds, or 10 or more percent for their starting weight. Periodic updates strongly encouraged -- you can think of it as "Yearly Check In."

Goodbye, 10%!

Post by Thalia » Wed Aug 26, 2009 4:05 pm

As of this morning, I have officially lost 10% of my starting bodyweight -- I'm down 19 pounds! I've been No S-ing since the begining of January, so almost eight months. It has not been fast, but it has been incredibly easy.

Reinhard, I can't thank you enough for making No S available to the world. It might be "common sense," but I would never have believed that anyone could lose weight steadily just by cutting out snack, sweets, and seconds if I hadn't seen your site and your progress photos. Thank you, thank you so much!

Congratulations, Thalia!!! You're doing great!

Reinhard, I'd like to second her thanks. This No S Diet is the way I was raised to eat. Guess I just needed to be reminded.
