Testimonials of doom!

(New!) Read (or post) about people who have stuck with No-S for 10 or more months, lost 10 or more pounds, or 10 or more percent for their starting weight. Periodic updates strongly encouraged -- you can think of it as "Yearly Check In."

Testimonials of doom!

Post by Hunter Gatherer » Sat Jan 02, 2010 5:54 pm

I haven't reached any milestones recently, but I still qualify for the testimonials page, so here are some "greatest hits" of previous check-ins.

So if we count from my joining in January of 2006 to January 2010 I have been with No-S FOUR YEARS. Yay! And I do plan to follow it forever more. :D

HG,

Thank you for posting this! You abundantly qualify! "Maintenance is more important than progress" -- and four years is some seriously impressive maintenance. I'd call that a milestone. Love how you leveraged your previous posts -- there's so much good stuff hiding on this board.

Congratulations and happy new year,

Reinhard

WOW!!! Truly inspiring for me as a newbie. Shows me what long term No S can do. Thanks so much for posting and sharing.
