Thanks! I'm thinking that the convection oven will be more versatile and I'll start looking for one of those. Have any recommended brands?

My neighbor just bought one of these and they love it. They love to cook unhealthy things in it, but I will use it for low carb creations, like chicken wings minus the skin, for example. This is super inspiring. 14 pounds is a LOT to keep off. Not that much to lose, but a lot to keep off considering that most people gain more weight after a diet than the weight that the diet makes them lose.

I've been doing IF in one form or the other for years. I don't eat breakfast, and having a diet that's rich in "good fats" helps with IF, as you'll not feel hungry as often.
