starting no-s determined to go for a year
I am emotionally tied to food and I'm always talking myself out of 'rewards' which could be a donut (or two), potato chips (and dip) or basically just cleaning out the fridge. My existence right now is thinking about what to eat next. The No-S Diet will save me I know. It's simple and I like simple....
