I like your motto about 3 plates a day...so simple but yet something that many, many people have made so complicated with all of the carb,macro,gluten ...

What a week, quite honestly I did not even want to post. ...I have been "off the hook" with my eating and drinking 3 days straight. RE-grouping and focusing on being healthy again. This week plenty of water.
