S day, but I think I did overeat. A whole bar of hazelnut chocolate (over 500 calories, I know that is not supposed to matter). I think I kept on eating it to "get rid of it". Thursday green, large dinner of lasagna, 2breadsticks and small salad from fazolis. Still amazed I'm not snacking, but slightly apprehensive about the big meals.
