Dalia Negra Eating and watching tv used to be an ingrained habit and i guess it still is even though i'm trying to change it. What upset me the most was that i wasn't even hungry, i just wanted to eat and taste something nice. Annoying.

I have to lose a lot too. What i find helps me is not to overly focus on weight loss but on being healthy. Whenever i've focused of weight loss i'd feel deprived and the feeling of deprivation usually leads to binge eating and obsessing over food.

I have a small breakfast (usually fruit and nuts or fruit, a toast and a little iogurt). Lunch is my biggest meal. Dinner is a bigger meal than breakfast but always smaller than lunch and often a cold meal.

Right now i'm focusing on establishing the basic No-S routine. I've given up on losing weight for now. Some of my plates are pilled with food and that's ok; i plan to address this further down the road.
