Another red day and I just...I don't know if I want to even try to diet anymore. No S is the most...Wholesome plan I've tried but ultimately it is still a diet that requires some kind of forethought and discipline. Just catching back up with your thread. I LOVE kombucha too, I actually brew my own and mix in homemade fruit juices or syrups of stuff like herbs. Probably higher in sugar than store bought but it's delightful and I fit at least a few into my week no problem.

Ironically I also find that when I say "okay I'm fine with maintaining this weight" my body drops another pound suddenly! I don't know if it related or what but it seems to always happen. I started out trying to maintain 137 for awhile and now here I am at 131 :lol:

NoS is powerful when we are not in a hurry to fix everything. It's so great for making observations about our motivations and our fears around food. Then we can just gather the information and make small modifications as we find something that works for us. This is really something I've noticed too...

Hey we have similar stories! I really agree with "I would pass over healthier food and eat worse food because I knew the calorie count", I feel like CICO is only easy if you eat mainly pre-packaged food. Don't worry about your weight, It happens and as long as it's not sticking around for weeks it's not real fat. I actaully tend to gain about a pound or two before I lose weight, It's really odd but predictable.

I allow myself sugar, but in limited amounts, I,E No more than one teaspoon for my teas or oatmeal or 1 tablespoon of honey/maple syrup and I only have one "sweet" meal a day and that's when I eat my fruit too. I find that works for me with no issues with cravings or overeating
