I generally find it's more successful to reheat stuff if you nuke it for longer at lower power. The microwaves only penetrate about half an inch into the food anyway (spot the physicist! sorry!), so the rest of it is heated by conduction of heat through the food... I dunno... I think you should leave your weekend S days alone, personally. Otherwise it's like you taking revenge on yourself for getting sick, which just isn't the right mental frame to be doing this in.

ps: the worst BINGE eating day since I started doing NoS and the worst day of eating even if you count the S days... and it's still no worse than what I used to eat pretty much all the time beforehand.
