Katie, you're doing so great! I truly admire you dedication to sticking with your plan. I think your idea of an S on the weekend without a "valid reason" is totally reasonable. How do you do it? How do you never let your motivation slip? I need to be like you, but struggle with discipline.

I don't know why I just did it. I was feeling bored and antsy and there is lots of candy in the office. It started with 2 gumballs and that turned into 2 candies and 3 small chocolates. :roll:

It sounds like you are doing great! Hope you are feeling better too. I just got back to work today after Christmas holidays and I have to get used to the old schedule.
