Hi folks, SG has been very easy for me to maintain. This was surprising for me because I have a "tennis elbow"-like condition that is very frustrating for weight training. How else does that exercise ball figure in to SGing? Have you worked out any other exercises? Kevin, I did consider using the SG for crunches on the exercise ball.
