I have been using the GYMBOSS Timer for a few weeks now and have been extremely happy with the product. I do one of two things: 1. If you are eating 3 meals a day drink a 20oz bottle of water with each meal. If you don't finish it take it with you. That will get you reasonably close to 8 cups a day. 2. Carry a 64oz watter bottle with you and make sure you finish it before you go to bed. Not practical ...
