I used to be able to skip meals and be fine. Since I have spent a few years on NOS - I get shaky or sick to my stomach if I miss a meal. I need to eat three times a day at least 4-5 hours apart. Your body will adapt and you will need the fuel.

Hi, I have found leaving a minimum of four hours between each meal helps. I do three meals. Sometimes when not working I have a late breakfast, late lunch and don't feel like having a normal dinner so I have popcorn for my meal. If this is working for me (sweat freak) it can work for anyone.

Kevin, I have a great steel cut oatmeal recipe. 1 T butter in a pan, stir in 1 cup steel cut oatmeal, add 3 cups hot water - simmer for 25 minutes. Add 3/4 vanilla soy milk cook for another 10 minutes. Add fruit -excellent.
