Hi Kevin Thanks for the welcome and the luck. At the moment in my life, I do not have time for a large amount of exercise, so I am starting with some yoga and weights consistantly. I do hope in the near future that some things will change to allow me time to do cardio, but till then every little bit...

November Update

I am back (again) - I keep making things more complicated than they need to be and finding excuses why I cannot loose the weight. The reality is that when you eat too much (even healthy food) you will gain weight! I have been eating too much for years (thanks to snacking) and as a result the weight ...

I have also managed to bungle every attempt at No S that I have had due to complicating the simple rules. For a perfectionist like me it is terribly easy to come up with ways to 'perfect' things which generally just make them so complicated that my lazy brain cannot cope and I end up back where I st...

For me it is the suger high and resulting low when the insulin...

I love No S and I know it works and in the past have successfully followed it. However, I have been doing my "own thing" for the last while. And guess what - "It Does Not Work!!". I have gained heaps and I am totally fed up with myself. I have gotten into the "stuff it, I can't be bothered, so I am ...

I would not worry about eating too much (I don't think you did) as you kept to the 3 meals and did some exercise.

Look for the positive and try not to obsess over the little slips.

Together we can do this.

The freedom that No S brings is a very scary thing - what do you occupy your t...
