Basically, to give a quick synopsis, not all foods obey the law of thermo-dynamics. The biggest culprit? Sugar, HFCS... I have t...

But this morning, out of bed and strength training.

I count a side salad, etc. as being on the plate. I also count a half cup of fruit, apple sauce, and so on, as being on the plate. I interpret, at times, as a plate being a meal. Usually the dinner hour. There are no sweets, seconds, or snacks. I guess it is a visual plate. For instance, an old styl...

Well, right now I use a 2 lbs. heavy rope. I do 4-5 sets of 50 skips. When I am in "jump rope shape" I use a beaded Life-Line rope (which I just bought a new one since I gave the old one to my daughter...) and work my way up to 1200 skips.

I weighed this morning and had a jump in weight. I imagine it is water weight. I am going to change exercise strategy. I think I am going to start skipping rope and using the heavy bag. I will do that for a month and see what the result is. And then adapt from there.

See everyone tonight.
