As usual lately, it’s been quite a while since my last post. I haven’t left No S by any means. In fact, I’ve spent the past month or two trying to be a bit stricter and break my latest plateau. I’ve finally gone down another pound. Only took 3 months LOL. I also surpassed the one year mark d...

Crystal’s Weekly Check-In

Thank you Oolala! I hope you have a wonderful 2018 as well. I always appreciate your kindness, straightforwardness, and words of wisdom. I’ve decided to change this to a weekly check-in. I’m not very good about checking in daily and I’ve got a lot on my plate with my daughter just starting sch...

Haven’t felt like checking in for the rest of December, but January 1 is coming to a close in Singapore so I thought I’d better get back to it. I had a pretty successful week last week. Probably ate a bit too much on the weekend, but it was the weekend. I just considered today a normal day and m...

It’s Monday night here. Today was a success.

The weekend was good. I ate a few snacks here and there, and was never very hungry for meals. I did eat my meals anyway but did not enjoy them nearly as much as I do when I’m hungry. Being hungry for meals is one of the best things about No S.
