I haven't lost a lot of weight - about 6lbs since end of April. I use 11 inch plates but they have a wide raised border - the actual eating area is 7 and 1/2 inches. I try not to overfill my plate and I eat sensible food. If I could only follow these rules on S days I would have lost a lot more....

Hi Michelle. Well done on starting No S. It does get easier - I remember gnawing hunger a couple of months ago and now I rarely think about it. When I do, I can manage it easily. Make sure you are drinking enough - that makes a big difference to hunger and headaches.

I love your picture! Your daughter looks very sweet, but you look fantastic! A real testament to No S and exercise :D I used to love 'Little House on the Prairie' when I was little - watched it on TV every week, but I've never read the books. Are they aimed at younger children (mine are teenagers)?

When I lost quite a bit of weight with ww I used to look for a few good quality items in charity shops (thrift shops in US??). I know this is not to everyone's taste, but I enjoyed getting 'new' clothes without spending loads of money. I love a bargain, so it ticked lots of boxes for me! :D
