Congrats on your good start!
The same thing happened to me when I started. I lost 9 lbs! Sure, a lot of it was water weight but it still felt good. I did really well the first month and lost about 1-2 lbs. a week.

Well, I got way way off track after Easter. I have a week of vacation and I guess that my diet was on vacation too because all of my new habits fell apart.

I have been NO S ing for about the same amount of time-I'm in week 4 and I have had similar success. My pants are getting looser and I'm not starving or eating unfamilar foods. Yea for us!

The weekend went fine. I enjoyed my S days but didn't go crazy.
Monday : SUCCESS! I am getting used to the routine of meals and wasn't even hungry between meals. I am enjoying my meals more and more. I love that I choose what to eat and I eat what I like!

Failure! Wednesday I had a bad day emotionally and I was tired. Before I went to bed I gave in to cravings and ate sweets, seconds, and it was snacking.
