I was nauteous a little bit in the beginning... I just would eat some saltines and that seemed to help. I also had to carry them around. But that's a while ago now. Fortunately I don't feel that way anymore.

I take a HUGE canister of quick 1-minute Quaker oats to work. It's nice to only pack for lunch. It lasts me quite a while, too. I usually make it in the microwave with milk and I heat it for 30 secs, mix, 30 more secs, mix... until it looks just right. I'm usually done in 1 minute and 15 seconds.

Wow, so pregnancy doesn't make me exempt from crazy fluctations. This week I've been around 146.2, then I had a big Mexican dinner. The next day I was up 2.5 lbs. Then after a day of "regular" eating, my weight was back to normal and right where it should be- 146.6. Crazy!

I work out 5 days a week - sometimes four - and alternate between 35 and 45. When I do 45 it's because there's 10 minutes of weight training as well. This has worked for me.. Though, when not pregnant, I like to do 45 minutes on the exercise bike, but I'm taking it easy with 35.

Sigh, I used to LOVE Stroemans Whole Wheat bread, then I realized it has HFCS in it. So now I buy a different kind. It's still good, but I looooove Strohman's. I'm sure I could make my own, but I haven't tried yet.

After stretching A LOT last night and getting some light exercise on the bike, I feel great today. Every step doesn't hurt as it did yesterday and the day before! I also did my arm exercises, but that has nothing to do with my legs lol.

I never do lunges,but the other day I did - with 5 lb weights. I think I overdid it because yesterday and today my legs have been KILLING ME!!! I didn't exercise yesterday because of it. I hate to miss another day, but my thighs really hurt so I think I'll skip today too. :/

Lol! It means I get to have a serving of OJ in the morning and a couple extra snacks! Yaay! I haven't changed too much of how I eat (I never did strict No-S as I allowed a snack or two), just eating a slight bit more... I don't REALLY have to gain until after 12 weeks.

Thanks everybody! :) We have only told our parents and one of my sisters so far... Waiting until three months (March) to really announce it :) So I guess my new resolution is to continue to eat healthy, get light exercise 3-4 times a week like usual, and get the laundry put away.
