Is it possible to take a plate of food and just graze on it till your next meal?

I had to wait to start today because I work in a tax office - I almost think it's better to start in the middle of the week because I'll only have to wait 2 days until my S days. Where I'm a Pepsi drinker, this might be the way to wean off easier...

I am looking to purchase a new scale prior to starting NO S. I work in a tax office & I think April 17th is the perfect day to start! Can anyone recommend a certain brand or type of scale I should consider? Also, how often DO YOU weigh yourself?
